you need to be able to motivate yourself and others to do so.
How, why and when do you want to perform?

Sport psychology and coaching have only recently made their appearance in the equestrian sector.
The techniques and insights taught in this course are based on equestrian sports,
but are applicable to all situations where performance is required.

Motivating the horse and rider.

In addition to motivating the horse, coaching the rider is essential to
 achieve better performance.

Develop your talents.

The relationship between rider, trainer and coach in developing talent is of great importance.
It is a lifelong learning process of 'Thinking', 'Feeling' and 'Doing'.

Set goals.

Setting the right goal is one of the most important points of attention in
achieving the desired result.
The route to be followed is completely determined by the goal you have set.

It happens in your brain.

Drive, flexibility and perseverance combined with an open creative mind
are the most important pillars to build success.
This workshop is divided into two separate sessions, each lasting 3 hours.
